1. myBillBook rewards existing Users of myBillBook Products who encourage new users to register and purchase subscription of myBillBook Products, subject to the below conditions.

• 1.1 If a new user (the "Referee") registers and purchases a subscription plan for either of the myBillBook Products using a referral code/referral link of an existing User (the "Referrer"), the Referrer and the Referee shall both be entitled to a reward ("Referral Bonus") as detailed in this Referral Policy. The decision as to whether the referral code/referral link is valid shall be made by myBillBook at its sole discretion. myBillBook' decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
• 1.2. Refunds shall not be available to the Referees that purchase a Base Subscription of myBillBook Products using a referral code/referral link. To clarify, (i) no refund shall be provided by myBillBook for cancellation of Base subscription purchased by a Referee; and (ii) refunds are in any case, not applicable for Monthly Subscription/ Quarterly Subscription/ Add-ons.
• 1.3. Upon successful completion of registration and purchase of subscription by a Referee using a valid referral code/referral link, the following shall be provided as Referral Bonus:
  • 1.3.1. The Referrer shall be eligible for a cash reward of up to INR 500/-. The quantum of the cash reward shall be determined by myBillBook at its sole discretion subject to a maximum of INR 500/- ("Maximum Cash Reward"). In the event that myBillBook determines (at its sole discretion) that the Referrer is eligible for the Maximum Cash Reward, the Referrer can refer a maximum of five (5) new Referees.
  • 1.3.2. The Referee shall be eligible to receive a discount of 15% on the subscription amount of the myBillBook plan they subscribe to.
• 1.4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this policy or elsewhere, the aforementioned Referral Bonus is not applicable to (a) the subscription / purchase of myBillBook's "Silver" plan; or (b) any Monthly Subscription plans or Quarterly Subscription plans or Add-ons. To clarify, if the Referee purchases the "Silver" plan or any Monthly Subscription plan or Quarterly Subscription plan or Add-ons, neither the Referrer nor the Referee will be eligible for any Referral Bonus (including the 15% discount on subscription amount and the cash reward).
• 1.5. myBillBook shall not provide any Referral Bonus if either the Referee or the Referrer is in violation of this policy or the Terms of Service.

2. myBillBook has arrangements with banks, affiliates, payment gateways, payment aggregators and other financial service providers for processing Referral Bonuses ("Service Providers"). myBillBook endeavours to ensure that eligible cash bonuses are processed within 20 working days of successful purchase of subscription by the Referee. However, this timeline is indicative and processing of cash bonuses is subject to the time taken by the Service Providers.

3. The Referee and the Referrer agree to provide any information required to facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses including but not limited to bank account details, bank branch names, UPI addresses, IFSC codes. myBill Book will facilitate payment of applicable cash bonuses to the bank account, or the UPI address provided by the Referrer/Referee. myBillBook will not be responsible for non-transfer or non-payment of referral incentive including applicable cash bonus if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the Referrer/Referee.

4. myBillBook reserves the right to discontinue or amend the Referral Bonus and this Referral Policy altogether at any point of time.

5. Referral agents/distributors of myBillBook, myBillBook' partners, myBillBook' employees shall not be eligible for Referral Bonuses under this Referral Policy.
