Payment Reminders Feature in myBillBook
Payment Reminders in myBillBook help you stay updated about pending customer payments and due collections. You can enable reminders from the Reminders setting and choose which reminders are sent to your parties and which reminders are sent to you.
For parties, myBillBook can send sales invoice reminders through SMS. For you, reminders can be sent on the mobile app and WhatsApp, helping you know when payments are due for collection.
Payment reminders work around invoice due dates, so the due date added to an invoice is important for reminder timing.
How to Use Payment Reminders in myBillBook
Step 1: Open Settings
Go to Settings from your myBillBook dashboard.
Step 2: Select Reminders
Open the Reminders section from the settings menu.
Step 3: Enable WhatsApp Reminders
Turn on Get payment reminders on WhatsApp.
Step 4: Choose Reminder Options
Select reminders for parties and for yourself based on due dates.
Step 5: Save Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your reminder settings.
