Your blog should be educational and informative, offering practical insights, tips, and detailed explanations to benefit our readers. 

Avoid promotional content; our audience values content that enhances their knowledge and understanding of the subjects mentioned above.

3. Source Links

  • We allow you to insert up to 1 source link in the content body. These should be relevant and add value to the information provided in your article.
  • The Anchor text should be descriptive and may contain the exact keyword or a contextual keyword. For example, use billing software for accuracy instead of just ‘billing software.’
  • 1 or 2 Internal links to myBillBook are mandatory. 

4. Prohibited Topics

  • We do not accept content related to gambling, casinos, or other topics that do not align with our platform’s ethical standards. Submissions containing these themes will be rejected.

5. Originality & Quality

  • Plagiarism-Free

All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. We do not accept copied content; all articles will be checked for originality before publication.

  • AI Content

We do not accept articles generated by AI writing tools. We value human-written content that provides unique perspectives and insights.

6. Formatting 

  • Always include an introduction and a conclusion.
  • Create h2s, h3s, and h4s to organise your content.
  • Keep paragraphs short: No more than 3 sentences.
  • Add bulleted lists whenever possible.
  • Add a copyright-free image. 
  • Copy and paste your post into Grammarly or Microsoft Word and run a spell check before submitting.

Please ensure that your content adheres to these guidelines before submitting. Once submitted, our editorial team will review your article, and if it meets our standards, we will schedule it for publication.
