CRM Lite is a feature offered by myBillBook that helps businesses manage and analyse customer interactions. CRM is important because it allows businesses to offer better customer service, establish a bond of trust with their customers, and build sustainable relationships to retain customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

To use the CRM Lite features on myBillBook, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to your myBillBook account and go to the dashboard.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on the <\/span>“CRM”<\/b> tab in the top menu to access the various CRM features.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. To set up service reminders, go to the “Items” tab in the navigation bar and click <\/span>“Item Settings”<\/b> in the top right corner of the screen. Toggle on the <\/span>“Reminder for Service”<\/b> option and specify the service period fee in the <\/span>“Service Period Fee”<\/b> field when creating a service. An invoice will be generated for the service, and a reminder will be sent to the party when the service is due.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To set up birthday reminders, go to the <\/span>“Parties<\/b>” tab in the navigation bar and click “Party Settings” in the top right corner of the screen. When creating a party, tap on the <\/span>“Party Birthday Reminders”<\/b> option and enter the contact person’s name and date of birth. An automated SMS will be sent to the party as a birthday wish.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. To add a node in CRM Lite, click on the <\/span>“CRM”<\/b> tab and select <\/span>“Nodes.”<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. In the <\/span>“Nodes”<\/b> section, you can enter the node’s title and click <\/span>“Save.”<\/b> Please note that you can only add one node at any given time.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. To schedule an appointment for a party, go to the party’s page and click on the <\/span>“Other Details”<\/b> header.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Under <\/span>“Other Details,”<\/b> click on<\/span> “Appointment.<\/b>“<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. In the <\/span>“Appointment”<\/b> section, you can enter the details for the appointment, including the title, date, time, and description.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
